I am a stickler for form. If you want to learn how to move with ease and develop strength you have come to the right place.


I have had the honor of working with everyone from high-school athletes to disabled seniors.


Working with a diversity of bodies and abilities keeps me on my toes and constantly researching and learning new methods.


My training is not about "how much you can do or lift" and all about how efficiently you can do it. Developing a "quality over quantity" mentality during exercise will develop stronger, more efficient, and pain-free movement patterns for all ages and activity levels.
